BlueCPE Refund Policy
At BlueCPE, we are committed to providing high-quality continuing professional education. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a refund as follows:
A full refund will be granted when you have not yet started the course materials and have not accessed the final exam.
A refund of 50% will be granted when you have started the course materials but have not yet clicked the “Start Quiz” button.
Refunds will not be granted once you have clicked the “Start Quiz” button to access the final exam, as this initiates the credit processing phase. To be eligible for any refund, requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, please email your order number and the course title to [email protected]. We typically process refunds within 7–10 business days.
